- Re-design of the part in 3D in CSSC drawing department, in order to insure confidentiality of the customer and also to adapt the drawing to chinese norms and standards. (3 days)
- Mould construction (2 to 3 weeks)
- Manufacture of a set of samples (one week)
- Machining and surface treatment (sand blasting in this case)
- Chemical and physical, and measurement test of the samples (two days)
- the test are conform to the specification, dispatching of the sample for review before production with the customer.
